Eagle Watch Weekend is January 24-25; come to Utica to see the bald eagles! In past years, hundreds of eagles have been spotted in the area, fishing along the Illinois River. Explore on your own or sign up for one of the activities offered nearby.

Tasting Room: If you go on an outdoor adventure to see the eagles, stop by to see us; warm up your toes and enjoy a warm glass of August Hill Spice. On Saturday, we also have live music by Steve Sharp from 3:30-6:30pm.
