Manipulations 15th Birthday

Manipulations Tattoos and Piercings has been in operation for 15 years!! To celebrate, I will be offering all piercings for $30 (usually $40) and multiple tattoo designs for $40 (usual minimum is $60) Rainchecks will be available. To get one, people stop in on the sale date, prepay, and have 2 months to come back for the service.
